Meditation is for everyone.
The goal of meditation isn’t to control your thoughts, it’s to stop them controlling you. Rarely do we take the time to slow down, to go inwards and be present in the moment or with ourselves.
Through meditation we deeper our awareness and connection to self and a higher state of consciousness. To observe and witness our thoughts and feelings without fear or judgement or letting them direct our lives.
I work with a range of meditation techniques including but not limited to mindfulness, visualisation, progressive relaxation, connection to breath, mantra and guru and metta meditation.
All sessions are delivered online and in a 1:1 capacity.
