Hello! I’m Jess
I am so excited that our paths have crossed and you have landed here.
Don’t get me wrong I still have anxious days or days when I seconds guess myself. In those moments I’ve learnt to hold myself accountable by acknowledging my thoughts and feelings and how that is impacting my behaviour. I then turn to a range of modalities to guide me through.
That’s life. It’s real. It’s messy. It’s perfect just the way it is.
I am not my anxiety or my thoughts and I’m here to tell you that neither are you.
My mission is to support and empower others on their journey to live an enjoyable and purposeful life. To deepen their connection to self, to recognise limiting beliefs and courageously take action to live their dreams.
For as long as I can remember I’ve lived with anxiety. Over the years my anxiety has manifested in different ways but I always ended up with the same result; feeling stuck, ‘not good enough’, far from what I thought life ‘should’ look like and always putting others needs before my own in order to ‘fit in’ or ‘to be liked.’ My inner critic was loud.
For me, everything started to shift when I got honest with myself and started to travel inwards; focusing on what truly made me happy, why I always fell short of that and why I didn’t feel deserving of that happiness.
Yoga, meditation and breath work practices held space for me sit with myself for the first time. To get clear with what I wanted to achieve and who I wanted to be.
